Itazura na Kiss Season 1 Episode 6 Chocolate, an Exam, and a Jinx

Kotoko continues to struggle in her studies, particularly in math which is surprising since her father is a math teacher. Meanwhile, Naoki helps a fellow student, Ikezawa, study for exams but also plays a prank on him by giving him chocolate supposedly made by Kotoko, causing Ikezawa to believe he is under a love spell. As a result, Kotoko receives a harsh scolding from the class representative. On the other hand, Kotoko and Naoki end up getting marks almost the same on their sixth math test. Despite her hard work to improve her grades, Kotoko's luck winds up jinxed as she tries to confess to Naoki but fails miserably. Later on, Kotoko's mother announces that they are moving to Okayama since her father has secured a new job. Naoki, who is set to leave for an internship in England, overhears their conversation and suddenly starts showing signs of concern.
