A young girl named Caitlin is found wandering in Central Park in a state of shock after witnessing a rape. Detectives Benson and Carisi respond to the scene, and Caitlin is brought to the hospital for a forensic exam. During the exam, the doctor discovers that Caitlin has a rare genetic disorder that causes her to have an unusually high IQ, which has made her a target for bullying at school.

As Benson and Carisi begin their investigation, they quickly learn that the bullying at Caitlin's school is not limited to just verbal insults. Her classmates have stolen her research and plagiarized it, causing Caitlin to lose her chance at a prestigious science scholarship. The detectives interview Caitlin's classmates, and they deny any involvement in the rape or bullying.

Meanwhile, Rollins and Fin investigate a separate case involving a woman named Megan who was raped by her boss. Megan initially did not report the rape out of fear of losing her job, but eventually went to the police after she found out that her boss was already accused of rape by another employee.

As the detectives continue their investigations, they discover that the two cases are connected. The rapist in both cases is the same man, who is a scientist and professor at a prestigious university. He uses his position of power to bully and rape women who are smarter than him, including Caitlin and Megan.

Benson and Carisi work with the DA's office to build a case against the rapist, but they face challenges as the man is highly respected in the scientific community and has many allies who are willing to protect him. Despite these obstacles, the detectives are determined to bring the rapist to justice and give closure to the victims.

In the end, the case comes to a dramatic conclusion in court, with the rapist facing multiple charges of rape and sexual assault. The victims testify against him, and the jury ultimately finds him guilty on all charges. Caitlin and Megan both find closure in knowing that their attacker has been held accountable for his actions, and they are able to move forward with their lives.

Overall, "Know It All" is a compelling episode that examines the issue of bullying and sexual assault in the academic world and the challenges that victims face in reporting these crimes. The episode is well-written and well-acted, with strong performances from the regular cast as well as the guest actors who play the victims. It is an excellent addition to the long-running series and a must-watch for fans of the show.
