Ep 18. Blackout

The episode "Blackout" of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit season 20 follows the story of the SVU team as they investigate the case of a blackout that occurred during a neighborhood block party in Brooklyn. The blackout caused chaos and allowed a masked man to rape a young woman in the midst of the darkness.
