An 18-year-old girl is found brutally beaten and raped after attending a party at a college fraternity. The SVU squad jumps into action, beginning an intensive investigation into the primary suspects – the members of the fraternity. When the victim's best friend comes forward with information about the night of the attack, the case takes a sudden turn.
