The town is covered in fog, and Spark must complete the Tick-Tock Racetrack challenge to disperse it. When he arrives at the track, he discovers that the Ruler he must face is Flash, from a time that he was at the peak of his ability. When Hairpin and Harry try to help Spark in the race, they find themselves stuck in place on the track.
