Spark and Harry take on the Pendulum Racetrack. Ruler Hardy crushed Spark and Harry with his powerful gear in the obstacle race. To defeat Hardy, Spark and Harry undergo modifications. After their modifications, Spark and Harry's speed and balance are not increased, but are actually lowered. Harry's mistake puts Buddy in danger. At the crucial moment, Spark gets rid of his gear and helps Buddy.
