Ep 2. The Lederman Family

David Visentin is a real estate expert who will be showing them homes in their budget, which they have not been able to find on their own. He will be taking them to see homes that can accommodate their needs and show the family what their current home is not doing for them. On the other hand, Hilary Farr will be redesigning their current home to provide them with more space, to make it more functional, and to meet their family’s needs.

Lynn and Frank are on opposite sides, but they both have a clear vision of what they want from their home. Frank is hoping to find a home with more land to expand his garden where he can grow his own produce. He’s also hoping to have a large and spacious yard for the kids to play in. Lynn would like a home that is more modern and updated, but she’s also hoping to find enough space to keep her parents’ antique collection.

Hilary and her team get to work right away, redesigning the family's home to make it more comfortable and functional. She creates an open concept design in the living room, dining room, and kitchen so the family can spend more time together.
