Ep 13. Midcentury Meltdown

In season 11 episode 13 of Love It or List It, titled "Midcentury Meltdown," homeowners Kelly and Steve turn to hosts Hilary Farr and David Visentin to help them make a decision about their midcentury modern home. The couple loves the design and open-concept style of the house, but feel that it lacks the character of their current home. They also express concern over the high price tag, which is well above their budget.

Back at their midcentury modern home, Hillary finishes the renovation and unveils the new space to Kelly and Steve. The couple is impressed with the updates and how Hillary was able to maintain the integrity of the midcentury modern style they love. They particularly love the new open-concept main living area and the updated kitchen, which now features more counter space and storage. They also appreciate the additional storage in the new mudroom and the new playroom, which will provide more space for their growing family.
