Ep 4. Old House, Plenty of Problems

In season 12 episode 4 of Love It or List It, homeowners Josephine and Rob face a difficult decision when it comes to their old house, which has plenty of problems. Josephine loves their home's history and character, but Rob is tired of dealing with its constant maintenance and repairs.
