Love It or List It Season 3 Episode 17 Colin and Beth

Colin and Beth have lived in their home for over a decade and have been at odds with each other over whether to stay or move. Colin loves their neighborhood and is hesitant to leave, while Beth has grown tired of their dated and cramped home.

Enter Love It or List It's design expert, Hilary Farr, and real estate agent, David Visentin, who each have a plan to sway the couple to their side. Hilary proposes a complete renovation of their home, including expanding their kitchen and updating their outdated living room. David hits the ground running, showing them various new properties that could be their next forever home.

As the renovation process takes shape, Hilary encounters some unexpected roadblocks that threaten to derail her plan. Meanwhile, David finds a few new properties that spark Beth's interest, but Colin remains unconvinced.

As tension builds between the couple, both Hilary and David struggle to make their case. Will Hilary be able to deliver the renovation of Colin and Beth's dreams and convince them to stay in their beloved neighborhood? Or will David's pitch for a new home win over Beth and Colin and push them to list their current home?
