Ep 1. City Space

In the season 5 premiere of Love It or List It, homeowners Jen and Brock are in a tough spot. They live in a 3-story townhome in the heart of the city with their two kids, but the lack of space is becoming a major issue. Jen is a designer who works from home and needs more room to spread out, and the kids are starting to outgrow their shared bedroom. Brock, on the other hand, loves the convenience and location of their current home and isn't sure if moving is the right choice.
