In the season 9 episode 2 of Man Caves, titled "Beer Garden Cave," hosts Tony Siragusa and licensed contractor Jason Cameron head to Huntersville, North Carolina to create the ultimate outdoor man cave. Their clients, Matt and Jeanne, love to entertain and wanted a space where they could host their friends and family outdoors while enjoying a cold beer.
The Man Caves team started by clearing out the backyard and creating a large patio for the beer garden. They also built a custom bar out of reclaimed wood and installed a beer tap system that could hold up to four different types of beer. To add to the outdoor ambiance, they created a pergola covered in vines and string lights, along with a custom fire pit for those cooler evenings.
With the bar and seating area complete, it was time to add some entertainment features to the space. The Man Caves team installed an outdoor projector screen for movie nights and a sound system for music. They also created a custom cornhole board set with the Charlotte Panthers logo for some friendly competition.
As with every Man Caves project, the finishing touches were important. The team added decor and accessories to give the space a true beer garden feel. They installed a large mural of the Charlotte skyline, added custom signage, and put up outdoor curtains for privacy.
Overall, Matt and Jeanne were thrilled with their new beer garden man cave. The space was perfect for entertaining and the Man Caves team exceeded their expectations. The episode showcases the creativity and skill of the team, as well as the importance of capturing a client's vision in creating the perfect man cave.
