Ep 11. Method to His Madness

Allison DuBois is a young mother and wife who also happens to have the unique ability to communicate with the dead and see into the future through her dreams. As a result, she often aids the Phoenix, Arizona District Attorney's office in solving crimes and bringing justice to the victims.

In season 2 episode 11, titled "Method to His Madness," Allison (portrayed by Patricia Arquette) is asked to help solve the murder of a man named Greg Bowen, who was found dead in his home. The lead detective on the case, Detective Scanlon (David Cubitt), initially suspects Greg's wife, Linda (Carolyn Hennesy), but Allison's dreams tell her that Linda is not the killer.
