Tatsumi, who isn't interested in becoming the king, is reluctant to join, but Danchou Arthur insists that the government is planning something big, and they need to unite to prevent it. Meanwhile, the government is planning to eliminate all the Arthurs and secure their power. They send a group of soldiers led by a formidable foe named White Faction to capture Tatsumi and Danchou Arthur.

The episode ends with Danchou Arthur and Tatsumi encountering White Faction, and a fight is about to ensue.
