A double-stabbing in a homeless community leaves one victim, Carl Hopkins, dead and the other seriously injured. Detectives are operating under the belief that they may have attacked one another, until a witness reveals that a drug dealer was involved. A new trail leads them to the suspect's address. The firearms unit are mobilized, but will they get there before it's too late?
