In the episode "Say You'll Be Maztak" of My Babysitter's a Vampire season 2, Ethan and Benny find out that their favorite video game, Maztak, has been banned from the local arcade due to its addictiveness. They decide to track down the game's creator, who has gone into hiding, in order to convince him to create an updated version that will be more balanced and less addictive.

Meanwhile, Sarah is struggling to balance her responsibilities as a babysitter and a fledgling vampire. She is afraid that her thirst for blood will become too strong, especially now that she has taken on a new client, a baby who never seems to stop crying. She turns to Erica for advice, but Erica is preoccupied with her newfound popularity and doesn't seem to care about Sarah's problems.

As Ethan and Benny continue their search for the Maztak creator, they encounter a rival group of gamers who also want the updated version of the game. The two groups engage in a heated competition to see who can find the creator first, which leads to some unexpected alliances and betrayals.

Eventually, Ethan and Benny locate the Maztak creator, who goes by the name "The Code Master." The Code Master is initially reluctant to create a new version of the game, but he is persuaded by Ethan's argument that video games can be a force for good if they are designed responsibly.

Meanwhile, Sarah's problems come to a head when she is unable to resist her thirst for blood and accidentally bites the baby she is babysitting. She immediately feels guilty and goes to Benny and Ethan for help. They concoct a plan to distract the baby's parents and give Sarah time to heal the bite marks before anyone finds out.

In the end, Sarah learns an important lesson about the consequences of her actions, and Ethan and Benny succeed in getting the updated version of Maztak. The episode ends on a cliffhanger as a mysterious character is seen watching the group from afar.
