They find a house that's listed at $140,000 and put in an offer of $135,000. The seller accepts, but Rami and Rachel soon discover that the house needs more work than they anticipated. They decide to gut the house and start from scratch, which ends up costing them more money than they budgeted for. Despite the setbacks, Rami and Rachel are determined to finish their renovation project and make a profit.
