The home is well within their budget and has a large backyard, ample space for Eric's tools, and plenty of opportunities for Gina to add her personal touches.

Throughout the episode, we also get to see snippets of the siblings' personal lives as they prepare to take on homeownership. Eric, who is a contractor, spends time working on a project for a client while Gina visits her new house and begins planning out her garden.
