My First Place Season 9 Episode 8 Big Dreams in Boulder

A newlywed couple would love to live in Boulder, Colorado, one of the state's most expensive areas. With a $400,000 budget they hope to get a home with three-bedrooms, two-bath houses with a big yard for their dog, but soon discover that this price range doesn't offer many choices. Making matters worse, they are put into a bidding war for a house they are not completely in love with. When they lose that house, they eventually start to ask themselves: How many compromises must we make just to live in Boulder?
