In the Rapid Cook-Off, teams are told they will be cooking pasta & sauce in 30 minutes. In this time they must make their own sauce (from scratch) AND pasta. Just before the clock starts, the teams are delivered a twist – “only one person from each team can cook” (and not the same person that cooked last week).
