In this rapid cook-off teams were challenged to cook canapés. 1 plate of 6 canapés. They had 30 minutes to do so. They were told they will both be cooking as teams today……. But…… they won't be cooking at the same time. The non-cooking team member will be waiting "back-of-house" and will not be able to see what is happening for the first 15 minutes.
