The viewing public will decide what is being cooked in the MY KITCHEN RULES kitchens tonight. Social media voting has decided the four ingredients on offer in the Rapid Cook-off. But the teams must decide among themselves who gets which ingredients. The bottom four teams will move into the Showdown, where they will have the opportunity to cook with their own favourite ingredient to impress the judges and avoid the Sudden Death Cook-off.
