Their search leads them to a castle in Heidelberg where Eva's father was last seen. While exploring the castle, they come across a creepy man who tells them about a local legend of a beautiful woman who haunts the castle. The woman is said to have been the mistress of a wealthy man who lived there, but when he died, his family refused to acknowledge her and she was left alone in the castle until her death.

As they continue their search, they also encounter a group of teenagers who are exploring the castle. One of the teenagers, a girl named Lunge, becomes curious about Dr. Tenma and Eva's presence and starts to follow them. Dr. Tenma eventually confronts her, and she reveals that she is the daughter of Inspector Lunge, who is responsible for tracking down Johan and believes Tenma to be the murderer.

Dr. Tenma and Eva eventually find Eva's father, who reveals that he has been working for a shady organization known as the "Baby" and has been conducting experiments on children. He explains that he had to leave Eva behind in order to protect her from the dangers of his work and that he needs her help to expose the Baby's illegal activities.

Meanwhile, Lunge becomes suspicious of Dr. Tenma's involvement with Eva's father and starts to investigate on his own. He discovers evidence that suggests Dr. Tenma has been in contact with Johan and becomes convinced that Tenma is the mastermind behind the murders.

The episode ends with Dr. Tenma and Eva deciding to team up and work together to expose the Baby's evil deeds. Their journey takes them deeper into the dark and mysterious world of Johan, as they continue their search for the truth.
