Tenma is at a mountain villa treating a man who was a high-ranking member of a crime syndicate. The man tells Tenma about a shocking event that happened in the underworld five years ago. Tenma is sure that it was Johan's doing. Meanwhile, Roberto and Eva are on a path leading up to the mountain villa! Roberto gives Eva a gun and tells her to use it to get her revenge on Tenma.
