His estranged wife and daughter come to town to try and reconcile with him after he is released from jail, but he discovers that his wife has been possessed by the same darkness he is fighting against. He is forced to seek help from his sister Megan, who has been avoiding him due to their troubled past.

As the episode progresses, Kyle and Anderson's efforts to stop the Ogden family from gaining more power become increasingly urgent. They rush to the mansion to try and stop the latest sacrifice, but they are too late. The episode ends with a shocking twist that leaves the future of the town and its inhabitants uncertain.
