Simultaneously, in a sub-plot centered around their pet platypus Perry, we witness his hidden secret life as Agent P, a secret agent working for the organization known as O.W.C.A (The Organization Without a Cool Acronym). As always, Perry is assigned a mission to stop his archnemesis, the evil scientist Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz.
Dr. Doofenshmirtz, notorious for his wacky and often unsuccessful inventions, has built an army of gigantic mechanical ants, known as "Gi-Ants." With these colossal robots, he plans to take over the Tri-State Area, fulfilling his lifelong dream of ruling the region with an iron fist. It's up to Agent P to infiltrate Doofenshmirtz's lair and put a stop to his villainous plans.
As Phineas and Ferb's invention, the "thought machine," continues to amplify the powers of the "Monster from the Id," chaos ensues. It's a race against time for Phineas, Ferb, and their friends to find a way to contain the creature before it destroys their town.
