Meanwhile, Jackie, one of Emily's coworkers, is upset that her ex-boyfriend is celebrating the holiday with his new girlfriend. She decides to use the No Consequence Day to exact revenge on him, breaking into his apartment and destroying his things.

Van, the head of Wayne Security, tries to use the holiday to his advantage, attempting to woo a woman he has been interested in for months. However, his plans are derailed when his ex-wife unexpectedly shows up.
