The detectives finally uncover the real motive behind the murder and are surprised by the identity of the killer.
In "The Appointment," viewers are taken on a thrilling journey through the complexities of sexual obsession, deceit, and the dangers of experimental medicine. The episode is a testament to the human desire for power and the lengths to which people are willing to go in order to achieve it.
