In Prison Break, season 1 episode 12 titled 'Odd Man Out', the escape plan seems to be in disarray. The escapees have been working hard on their plan, but they've hit a roadblock. They don't have the right equipment to move forward, and they need to resolve this issue before they can proceed.

The episode begins with the crew getting together to discuss the challenges they are facing. T-Bag has made himself useful by stealing a guard's keys, but they still need more resources. Michael comes up with a plan to get the materials they need, but it involves him getting locked up in solitary confinement. The group is hesitant to agree to this risky move, but they eventually decide to trust Michael's judgement.

Meanwhile, Sucre is still struggling with his guilt over what happened to Maricruz. He tells Michael that he's thinking of confessing to the authorities so he can be with her again. Michael tries to convince Sucre to hold off on confessing, telling him that it would ruin their plan. Sucre hesitantly agrees, but his conscience continues to weigh heavily on him.

As Michael is locked up in solitary confinement, he meets a new prisoner named Haywire. Haywire is mentally unstable and keeps talking about how he's going to break out of prison. Michael sees an opportunity and starts to manipulate Haywire into helping them with their escape plan. Michael convinces Haywire that he's going to help him get out of prison, and in exchange, Haywire agrees to help Michael obtain the resources they need for their escape.

Meanwhile, Agent Kellerman is continuing his investigation into Lincoln's case. He's been digging deeper and has found some new evidence that suggests Lincoln may be innocent. Kellerman consults with his superiors and tells them he thinks they have the wrong man. However, his bosses tell him to back off and stop investigating the case. Kellerman is frustrated and begins to question his own loyalty to the government.

As the episode progresses, tensions start to rise within the group. C-Note is becoming increasingly paranoid and starts to suspect that someone within the group is playing both sides. He accuses Sucre of being a spy, which leads to a physical altercation. Meanwhile, Haywire's mental state continues to deteriorate, and he becomes a liability for the group.

The episode comes to a climax when the group attempts to obtain the resources they need for their escape. Haywire's mental instability causes him to blow their cover, and the group is forced to improvise. They manage to obtain what they need, but their escape plan is still in jeopardy.

Overall, 'Odd Man Out' is an intense and suspenseful episode that showcases the complex dynamics of the group trying to escape from prison. The characters are faced with difficult decisions, and their alliances with each other are put to the test. There are also some interesting subplots, such as Agent Kellerman's conflicting loyalties and Sucre's moral struggles. The episode sets the stage for an exciting conclusion to the season.
