In Psycho Pass: Extended Edition (Original Japanese Version) season 2 episode 7, titled "Untraceable Children," the story follows the aftermath of the previous episode where Kamui had successfully executed his plan and had freed all of the prisoners from the facility. Meanwhile, Tsunemori and her team are investigating a new case of disappearing children. They find out that these children have gone missing without any trace, and it's similar to the previous case where an organization called "Kamui" was involved.

As they dig deeper into the case, they find out that the children who had disappeared were actually part of a project that aimed to create artificial humans who have an exceptional aptitude for physical activity and intelligence. However, this project was eventually terminated, and the children were supposed to be returned to their respective families. But instead, they had gone missing, and nobody knows where they are.

Tsunemori and her team initially suspect that Kamui might be behind the children's disappearance, but they meet up with the head of the project, who tells them that he had also lost contact with the children. With no leads, they resort to using the Dominator, a futuristic gun that can determine a person's Crime Coefficient, a measure of their level of criminal intent, and possibly find the missing children.

However, as they try to locate the children using the Dominator, they realize that it cannot detect the children's Crime Coefficients. They conclude that the children are not considered "human" by the Sybil System, the governing AI, and cannot be judged by the Dominator. This realization shocks Tsunemori and her team, especially since they had never considered the possibility that the system could ignore certain individuals.

As the investigation continues, they eventually find a clue that leads them to a girl who is one of the missing children. She tells them that she and the other children were living in an abandoned factory, where they had been taken care of by a woman who promised to find them a new family. However, the woman soon disappeared, leaving them to fend for themselves.

Tsunemori and her team, along with the girl, are ambushed by a group of thugs who seem to have a connection to the Kamui organization. During the fight, they discover that the children are being used as a commodity, being sold to the highest bidder. The children are being treated as objects, and the criminals have been using them for various purposes, including entertainment, illegal activities, and even as body parts donors.

The episode ends with Tsunemori and her team successfully rescuing the girl and the other children from the criminals' clutches. Tsunemori is left shaken by the realization that the Sybil System still has many flaws, and she wonders what else the system might be oblivious to.

Overall, season 2, episode 7 of Psycho Pass: Extended Edition (Original Japanese Version) titled "Untraceable Children," is a thought-provoking and intense episode that focuses on the flaws of the Sybil System and how it affects the lives of individuals in the society. It's a must-watch episode for fans of the show and anyone who is interested in sci-fi and dystopian genres.
