Ep 3. Charisma

At the start of the episode, the girls still in the competition are (in alphabetical order) Alexis, Carrie, Cassandra, Charlye, Chrystina, Ilisa, Jamie, Jenna, Natalie, Nichole and Tiffanie.The pressure builds when three of the girls must pick their own teams for this week's performance, causing friction in the house. The last girl chosen feels left out; but, after revealing her personal story to the group, the girls begin to look at her differently. Nicole Scherzinger from the Pussycat Dolls performs, and each of the groups must then perform in front of a crowd of hypercritical fans. And, when facing the judges, one confident girl finds herself in the bottom two.
