Through it all, Ramsay remains tough but fair. He pushes Alex and Mark to step up and take control of the restaurant, challenging them to think creatively and innovate in their cooking. He also pushes the staff to work together as a team, fostering a sense of pride and ownership in their work.

By the end of the episode, The Fenwick Arms is transformed. The kitchen is clean and organized, the staff is confident and efficient, and the menu is fresh and delicious. Customers are filling the restaurant, drawn in by the new decor and the mouth-watering food.

Ramsay leaves the restaurant feeling proud and impressed by the progress he has seen. He encourages Alex and Mark to continue to push themselves and to stay true to their roots, promising to return someday to see how they are doing.
