Chopped After Hours highlights the judges themselves, working with the same basket ingredients that the contestants they judged that day had to use. The show is a kind of insight to what happens in the studio when the competition is over and all of the contestants and some staff have left the building. It is more of a 'laid back' environment with the judges and host obviously enjoying each others company at the end of the day with some friendly ribbing and an occasional glass of wine, and of course a shared love of cooking. Being able to watch the world class chef judges work with some of the crazies ingredients on television helps make the show as educational as it is entertaining.

Chopped After Hours is a series that is currently running and has 3 seasons (22 episodes). The series first aired on September 15, 2015.
