Ep 9. The Fast and the Furriest

Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a 3D animated television series developed by Ant Ward and Andy Suriano. They use their ninja skills to leap from rooftop to rooftop, race through alleys, and duck behind obstacles, each trying to keep up with the creature. However, they quickly realize that it is too fast for them to catch up to.

As they approach the power plant, they come up with a plan. They decide to split up into two teams, with Raph and Leo going after the creature on the ground and Mikey and Donnie traveling above ground on rooftops. They use various gadgets, such as grappling hooks and smoke bombs, to try and slow down the creature and gain an advantage.

Eventually, the turtles confront the creature and engage in a fierce battle. As they fight, they realize that the creature is not what it seems. It is actually a mutant werewolf who has been captured and brainwashed by a powerful villain named Baron Draxum. Draxum is using the werewolf to do his bidding and wreak havoc on the city.

The turtles are shocked by this revelation and are determined to stop Draxum and his evil plans. They team up with their friend April O'Neil and embark on a dangerous mission to take down Baron Draxum and his minions.
