Curtis approaches and offers his services to Rita, a young and attractive Armenian woman, who is planning a dinner for her husband. As Curtis scans Rita's cart, he detects a culinary cardinal sin: frozen salmon! Curtis immediately returns the salmon to the freezer and opts for a fresh piece of monkfish instead.
