Kay accidentally walks into one of Genie's experiments and the unwanted side effect is that Kay is transformed back to being a baby-train. He had a really short temper, is super emotional and is even wearing a diaper! Yikes! Who on Rail Watch is on baby duty and should they even take him to help on missions? How will Genie manage to reverse the effects with an unruly baby on her hands?
