In season 6, episode 3 of Selling New York, titled "Fashion Sells," viewers are taken on a tour of some of the city's most stunning properties, all with one thing in common: they are inspired by the world of fashion.

The episode begins with a visit to a stunning unit in the historic New York City building known as The Marlborough. The apartment, currently listed by CORE broker Tony Sargent, boasts 12-foot ceilings and a chic, minimalist design inspired by fashion icon Calvin Klein. Viewers are treated to a tour of the minimalist space, which is filled with natural light and stunning views of the city.

Next, viewers are introduced to Nikki Field of Sotheby's International Realty, who is showing off a stunning loft space in SoHo. The property, located in a former toy factory, features original exposed brick walls and soaring 14-foot ceilings. However, it's the custom-built closets and dressing room that really steal the show. The space is a fashion-lover's dream, with sleek built-ins and plenty of room to store designer clothes and accessories.

Over at the Mondrian on Park Avenue South, viewers are treated to a tour of a sleek, modern penthouse that belongs to fashion designer Nicole Miller. The stunning unit boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and an open, airy layout that is perfect for entertaining. Design details throughout the space, inspired by Miller's signature style, include bold wallpaper and fun, quirky touches like a life-sized zebra sculpture.

The episode also features a stunning townhouse in the heart of the West Village, currently listed by Elliman broker Daniela Kunen. The property, originally built in 1826, has been completely renovated to include sleek, modern finishes and an open, loft-like layout. Perhaps the most impressive feature of the property, however, is the stunning fashion-inspired closet, which boasts an impressive collection of designer shoes and handbags.

Last but not least, viewers are taken on a tour of a stunning property in the trendy neighborhood of Williamsburg, currently listed by Halstead broker Ari Harkov. The unit, housed in a former steel factory, boasts beautiful exposed brick walls and an open, industrial feel. However, it's the custom-built closet that really steals the show. Designed by celebrity closet guru Lisa Adams, the space features sleek built-ins and plenty of room to store designer clothing and accessories.

Throughout the episode, viewers are treated to stunning footage of each property, as well as behind-the-scenes interviews with brokers and designers who offer insights into the world of high-end real estate in New York City. With its focus on fashion-inspired properties, "Fashion Sells" is a must-watch episode for anyone interested in design and real estate in the city that never sleeps.
