Ep 7. Party It Up

Rocky and CeCe are hired to perform at a wealthy 13-year-old's birthday party. However, when they arrive, they discover that the birthday boy, Flynn's parents have hired a popular pop star, Candy Cho, to perform instead. The girls are heartbroken that they won't be performing and decide to sneak into the party to watch Candy Cho's performance.

Meanwhile, Ty is tasked with bringing a piñata to the party, but he accidentally grabs a cat piñata instead of a regular piñata. He rushes to fix the mistake but ends up getting caught in a compromising situation with the cat piñata.

As the party progresses, Rocky and CeCe try to enjoy themselves, but they keep getting mistaken for the waitstaff. Eventually, they become so fed up that they begin to sabotage Candy Cho's performance in hopes of being asked to perform instead.

In the end, the girls are caught by the birthday boy's father and nearly kicked out of the party. However, Flynn intervenes and convinces his father to let the girls perform their own version of Candy Cho's hit song. Their performance is a hit, and the girls leave the party feeling fulfilled and happy with their own unique talents.

Meanwhile, Ty manages to fix his piñata mistake by getting a group of little girls to help him decorate the cat piñata. He delivers it to the party, much to the delight of the children.
