Ep 4. Fate Takes A Holiday

In Somewhere Between season 1 episode 4, titled "Fate Takes A Holiday," Laura (played by Paula Patton) continues her quest to save Serena (played by Aria Birch), while dealing with the fact that she keeps reliving the same day over and over again. With each loop, she must try to figure out new clues to help her prevent Serena from becoming the next victim of the serial killer who has already claimed the lives of four other girls.

At the same time, Nico (played by Devon Sawa) and Laura's husband Tom (played by JR Bourne) investigate another angle of the case, which leads them to a wealthy businessman with a shady past. Their investigation takes a dangerous turn, forcing them to confront the fact that they may be in over their heads.

Meanwhile, Laura's friend and colleague Danny (played by Noel Johansen) becomes entangled in his own dangerous situation, as he tries to protect a witness from the killer. He must use all of his skills to keep himself and the witness alive, all while trying to figure out who the killer is and how to stop him.

Throughout the episode, the tension builds as Laura and Nico race against time to find the killer and save Serena. Their paths cross with Danny's as they pursue clues that lead them closer to the truth, but also put them in greater danger.

As the episode comes to a close, the characters are left grappling with the consequences of their actions and the realization that they may not be able to stop the killer before it's too late. "Fate Takes A Holiday" raises the stakes and deepens the mystery of Somewhere Between, leaving viewers on the edge of their seats eagerly anticipating the next episode.
