Cammy White is a fighter who has been brainwashed by M. Bison and his evil organization, Shadaloo. The Street Fighters are determined to save her and bring her back to their side. In this episode, Ryu and Ken attempt to rescue Cammy from Bison's grasp by infiltrating his base. However, they are discovered and engage in a fierce battle with Bison's henchmen. Meanwhile, Guile and Chun-Li make their way to the base as well, but are confronted by Balrog and Vega. As the Street Fighters fight to save Cammy, they must also confront the question of whether or not to kill her to end her brainwashing once and for all. As the episode title suggests, the fate of Cammy hangs in the balance. Will the Street Fighters be able to save her, or will they be forced to make a difficult decision?
