A Scottish boy named Rooney asks the Super Wings to create a special mega-sized soccer uniform for his friend Jack, who is a tractor. Jack needs the uniform for an upcoming match of Tractor Soccer, a sport unique to the town of Fettercairn where Rooney lives.
