The Super Pets' Mini Base accidentally get tangled up in a giant octopus kite, pulling it to the ground and destroying it. The kite's owners, a boy called Bao and his Dad (Baba), are disappointed as they built the kite to fly at today's Kite Festival. The Super Pets contact the Super Wings for help, Jett and Paul delivering coloured paper and string to make new kite.
