The Douglas Family - Return is the fifth episode of the fourth season of Supernanny UK. In this episode, Supernanny Jo Frost returns to the Douglas family for a follow-up visit. The Douglases had previously been featured on the show in season two, and at the time they were struggling with their two young daughters, seven-year-old Samantha and four-year-old Ellie.
When Jo first visited the family, Samantha was disobedient and disrespectful to her parents, while Ellie was prone to tantrums and outbursts. Their parents, Gavin and Karen, were having trouble managing the girls' behavior, and their home was often chaotic and disorganized.

Jo works with the family to address these ongoing issues, while also praising them for the progress they have made. She encourages Gavin and Karen to continue to be consistent with their parenting, and she provides them with additional strategies to help them manage their daughters' behavior.
Throughout the episode, we see the Douglases implement these new strategies and observe how they affect their daughters' behavior. We also see how the family dynamic has shifted since Jo's first visit, with the parents feeling more confident in their ability to handle their daughters' behavior.
