It's Mine

In the sixth episode of Sweetbitter season 1, Tess is struggling to figure out what direction she wants her life to take. After an intense evening with her coworkers, she is left feeling lost and confused. Jake tries to offer her some direction, but Tess is resistant to any guidance. Adding to her stress, she becomes obsessed with a particular wine and becomes determined to learn everything she can about it.

Meanwhile, Simone is dealing with her own issues. Howard continues to meddle in her relationship with Jake, causing tension between the two of them. Simone also faces a difficult decision when her mother becomes ill and she is forced to reconcile with her estranged brother. Through all of this, Simone turns to Tess for support, creating an unexpected bond between the two women.

While dealing with the personal issues of her life, Tess also has to navigate the demands of her job. She finds herself at odds with Sasha, who is critical of her work and constantly pushing her to do better. As always, Tess strives to please Sasha and prove herself as a valuable member of the team.

As the night wears on, Tess finds herself caught up in the drama of the bar. She observes as characters new and old come and go, each with their own story to tell. The energy in the bar is electric, and Tess can't help but be drawn into it.

Despite her struggles, Tess is determined to find her place in the world. She knows that she has a lot to learn, and she's willing to do whatever it takes to get there. With the help of her friends and coworkers, Tess just might find herself on the path to happiness and success.
