Jenelle is once again dealing with legal and personal issues as she and Nathan prepare to head to court for their first custody hearing. Jenelle is struggling with missing her son Jace and feeling guilty about not being able to spend more time with him. Meanwhile, Chelsea is trying to balance being a new mom and dealing with the aftermath of Adam's arrest. Kailyn is also dealing with legal battles, as Jo takes her to court for full custody of Isaac. She is also dealing with issues in her marriage with Javi, as they struggle to communicate and support each other.
