Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Season 3 Episode 14 The Darkness Within

April O'Neil has taken it upon herself to become the protector of New York City while the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are away on a mission. She's been doing an excellent job, but now she must help one of her closest friends when she, herself, is in danger. Casey Jones has been infected with some kind of dark energy, and it's turning him into a monster. The only way to save him is for the Turtles to return home and stop the evil force that's behind the transformation.

In the midst of this chaos, the Turtles are dealing with their own problems. Donatello has been working on a new invention, but he's been keeping it a secret from the rest of the group. When they find out what he's been up to, they're surprised and a little apprehensive. Donatello has created a portal that leads to another dimension, and he wants to use it to explore the unknown.

Raphael, Michelangelo, and Leonardo are skeptical of Donatello's idea. They don't trust what may be lying in wait on the other side of the portal. April, however, sees the potential benefits of exploring this new world. She convinces the Turtles to give it a chance, and they all enter the portal.
