Savannah is the ultimate Orange County girl - she's beautiful, blonde and only has to bat an eyelash to get whatever she wants. And right now she's batting her eyelashes for an over the top sweet 16! This beach babe wants to throw a jungle-themed extravaganza that will blow everyone away. Savannah has an endless budget and won't to settle for anything but the best, so she hires a stylist to help her find the perfect designer dress, declares herself a born again Beemer girl in hopes of getting a shiny new car as a gift, and shops for live animals to make her party as safari-like as possible.
