Ep 20. The Recollection Dissipation

As the title suggests, "The Recollection Dissipation" focuses on the characters' memories, specifically Howard's. In the episode, Howard is tasked with donating his late mother's furniture to a charity but has a hard time letting go of the memories attached to them. This leads to a heart-to-heart with Bernadette about his anxiety and trauma over his mother's death.

Meanwhile, Sheldon and Raj attend a faculty party where Sheldon becomes the center of attention for all the wrong reasons. Raj, in turn, tries to impress his crush and colleague, Nell, but ends up making a fool of himself. Penny helps Raj recover from the embarrassment and tries to cheer up a sulking Leonard, who is feeling left out due to his lack of knowledge about Game of Thrones.

The episode also features a subplot with Amy and her work, where she struggles to get her research published due to a rival researcher stealing her idea. Sheldon, of course, jumps in to help, but things don't go as planned.
