The Big Bang Theory Season 3 Episode 12 The Psychic Vortex

Leonard and Howard are excited to attend a party thrown by a wealthy acquaintance in hopes of meeting some eligible women. However, they fear they'll be stuck with the same old crowd of scientists they always hang out with. They invite Raj along, who agrees to come as long as they promise to introduce him to someone he can talk to. Meanwhile, Sheldon is convinced that his friends' interest in meeting new people is a result of their "psychic vortex" being off-kilter. He enlists Penny's help in finding a psychic to correct it, much to her amusement. As the night wears on, each of the guys finds himself in unexpected situations, and Raj finally meets a woman who shares his interests. Sheldon, on the other hand, is disappointed when the psychic fails to see anything unusual about him.
