Massimo asks Ridge to reconsider the offer he made to him. Ridge asks Massimo to help find out who is behind Rick's sudden rise to power. Rick admits to his father that Massimo helped him take over the company from Ridge. Eric goes to confront Massimo and Ridge with what he has found out. When Whip finds out that Deacon was at her ultrasound sound appointment he tells Brooke she either has to be honest with her daughter about what happened with Deacon or stay away from him. Whip tries to convince Brooke to pursue a relationship with him.
